We had been looking for a larger property for about a year and it was always Errington Smith who actually listened to our needs and provided potential places as and when they came up. When we found the property we wanted we put ours on the market through them. Nigel's evaluation was superb and very accurate because the day it went on the market it came off with the full asking price! The organisations they recommended, such as the solicitor etc were just as brilliant and reliable. Buying and selling a house is a very stressful time and they managed both parts very professionally and efficiently and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again when we finish the property that we are currently reonovating.
